Seeking the Lost

1Seeking the lost, yes, kindly entreating Wanderers on the mountain's track; "Come unto me," his message repeating, Words of the Master speaking today.

RefrainGoing afar upon the mountain, Bringing the wanderer back again, Into the fold of the good Shepherd, Back to the narrow way again.

2Seeking the lost, and pointing to Jesus, Souls that are weak and hearts that are sore; Thus would I go on Jesus' errand, Him would I follow day by day.

3Thus would I go on Jesus' errand, Him would I follow day by day, Care for the dying, raising the fallen, Cheering the faint and weary way.
