O sinner, make thy choice to-day!

O sinner, make thy choice to-day! Soon will the Judge appear; And then thy cries will sound too late; Too late for God to hear.

The day of mercy gone, The Spirit grieved away; The cup, long filling, now o'erflown, Proclaims the vengeful day.

Thy God, insulted, scorns To draw his glittering sword; And from thy guilty head to pour The vials of the Lord.

One only hope I see; One only refuge know; The blood that Jesus shed for thee! No other hope but thou.
