To God, the only wise

1To God, the only wise,
Who keeps us by his word,
Be glory now and evermore,
Through Jesus Christ our Lord.

2Hosanna to the Word,
Who from the Father came;
Ascribe salvation to the Lord,
And ever bless his name.

3The Spirit of Christ our Lord,
The Father's boundless love,
The Spirit's blest communion, too,
Be with us all above.
