O God, Whose Will Is Life and Good

1O God, whose will is life and good
For all of mortal breath:
Unite in bonds of servanthood
All those who strive with death.

2Make strong their hands and hearts and wills
To drive disease afar,
To strive against the great ills
You may conquer.

3By healing of the sick and blind,
Mercy they know the great
To heal the body's pain,
Christ's will, That

4Be with them in their skill
And firm make the
And their suf- ferer whole.
