The Mighty Love, O God

1The mighty love, O God,
That fills the vast domain;
That moves on mercy's wheels
And scatters joy as rain.

2Bound in the chains of sin,
I felt my spirit pine,
Till Jesus burst the bands
And made me wholly Thine.

3Now shall my ransomed powers,
Reclaimed from Satan's sway,
With rapture swell the notes
Of everlasting day.

4Come, all ye chosen race,
Elect to mercy's plan,
And louder yet proclaim
Salvation's work begun.
