Hymns for Second Advent Believers 38
SLEEP NOW, DEAR BROTHER
1SLEEP now, dear Brother, sweetly sleep,
And from thy labors rest,
Where mortal care, nor trouble's sigh
Shall seize thy peaceful breast.
2Dear Brother, thou unconscious art,
While mourners weep around;
Thou waitest in thy grave to hear,
The trumpet's joyful sound.
